Our dinner party on Saturday night was a success, though it took me 24 hours to recover! We made a beef tenderloin with horseradish sauce, crispy brussels sprouts, parmesan roasted potatoes, bacon mac and cheese, and gougéres sprinkled with sea salt and cheese. For dessert, I made Profiteroles Glacée with Chocolate Sauce. Here are some pictures of the final product…
